WELCOME TO THE ASHLAND SOCCER CLUB REGISTRATION SITE!
This is the site where you can register for the upcoming Fall soccer season. You will be able to make payment with a credit card or by mailing in a check,. You will need access to a computer with a printer in order to print out required forms. A digital head shot picture of your player and scanned version of their birth certificate (for new players) are also needed. You may mail in a photo (driver's license size headshot) and copy of the birth certificate (for new players) if you prefer.
AGE ELIGIBILITY: To be age eligible to play with the Ashland Soccer Club's U-10 (Under 10 years of age) Recreational Program your child need to be 9 years old on 8/1 of the calendar year. Children that do not meet this requirement are recommended to play with the Ashland YMCA Soccer Program.
IMPORTANT: Please read and follow these instructions so that your registration will be accepted by Ashland Soccer Club.
PLEASE NOTE: The online registration process requires you to print out and sign the Electronic Legal Agreements (ELA) and your receipt. Mail these documents into the club with your payment if you are paying fees by check. Make sure your player's name is on all photos, paperwork and checks. Player registrations will NOT be accepted until the paperwork is received. Mail your paperwork into:

PLEASE read all the instructions below before getting started with the registration process online. You will need a user name and password in order to register. If you have trouble registering online, contact the Ashland Soccer Club at 541-601-8925 and leave a brief message. Someone from the club will get back to you as soon as possible.

**U-14 Girls Competitive/SUPERNOVA players-When you get to the payment step, click on the promo code button and use the code "supernova" to discount your fees to the correct amount of $225.**
RETURNING - Parents, Players & Coaches -- If you recall or were sent by the Ashland Soccer Club via email your User Name and Password please select Option 1 upon the registration site to proceed with the registration process. If you do not recall your User Name or Password, Select Option 1 and click on the forget user name and password link.
NEW Parents, Players & Coaches -- If you have never played with Ashland Soccer Club or any Oregon Youth Soccer Club, please click on the registration tab and setup a new account in the online system using Option 2 to proceed with the registration process. You can create your own user name and password for your family. The Ashland Soccer Club will require verification of your player's birth certificate prior to final registration. You may either mail in a copy of your player's birth certificate or upload a scanned version as a part of the online registration process.
If you cannot register online, paper registration forms are available at the Ashland Soccer Club office, Suite 106-K, located downstairs in the basement office suites of the Historic Ashland Armory at 208 Oak Street in Ashland. The building is open during regular business days/hours and there are forms available in the waiting area outside Suite 106-K.
PLEASE NOTE: COACHES, ASST COACHES & TEAM MANAGERS: You will need to register as "Coach / Admin Registration " in the system for the Fall 2011-Spring 2012 soccer year. You will need your driver's license for a background check. Please also upload a headshot photo for your coach's card.
COMPETITIVE PLAYERS: Tryouts are required for competitive teams. Your registration will be held as "pending" and we will NOT deposit your check or your credit card payment until after tryouts are and your player are accepted on a team. If you have been offered a spot on the team, please register NOW to ensure your spot. Please upload a current headshot photo for your player pass.
RECREATIONAL PLAYERS: NO tryouts are required. All you need to do is register online and send in your paperwork and payment. Please register as soon as possible so the club can plan for teams over the summer. Note: All incoming fourth grade players will be recreational players.
